Poppy: Casual, contemporânea, alternativa, super cool

É uma "instituição" no bairro de NoLita, em Manhattan, Nova Iorque, mas, para o que nos interessa (a não ser que estejamos a pensar viajar para aquelas bandas), tem uma loja online com algumas das peças favoritas dos responsáveis da loja. A Poppy é uma visita obrigatória para quem gosta de roupa casual, com algumas peças bem originais/alternativas. 

Se espreitarmos o site, vemos que os artigos escolhidos para vender online chegam perfeitamente para nos seduzir e convencer de que o que está em causa é uma mistura bem editada de design indy e coleções contemporâneas consagradas.

Conhecida por dar a conhecer novas linhas e designers em Nova Iorque, nesta estação a loja aposta em cor, cor e mais cor, com coleções de Elizabeth and James, ALC, Lauren Moffatt, J Brand, Gryphon NY, Tucker, Citizens of Humanity e Parker, entre outros.

Located on a charming, tree-lined block in the Manhattan neighborhood of NoLita, Poppy first opened its’ doors in November 2003. Called “an institution in NoLita”, our loyal clientele come to us for our well-edited mix of indy and established contemporary collections. We are known for introducing new lines and designers: Poppy was the first to carry cult favorites Otis and Maclain, Kenny and Stone Cold Fox (among others) in NYC. For spring 2012, we are excited about color, color and more color! Our designer roster this season includes Elizabeth and James, ALC, Lauren Moffatt, J Brand, Gryphon NY, Tucker, Citizens of Humanity, Parker and loads of other things we couldn't resist. We’ve put some favorites in our online store, but we’d love you to stop by the shop on Mott Street where new merchandise arrives weekly (sometimes daily!) You’ll be helped by "some of the sweetest, most honest shopgirls" in the city.
